Why did I not receive a reminder?
Check that notifications are enabled for Workday Planner in iOS Settings. A scheduled task also needs a reminder choice and a future date or time.

No. A due date is the deadline. Turn on scheduling and choose a duration to create a time block inside Workday Planner.
How do I add a task to Apple Calendar?
When editing a scheduled task, enable “Add to Apple Calendar.” Calendar access is optional and controlled in iOS Settings.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold the Home Screen, choose Edit, then Add Widget. Search for Workday Planner and select a widget size.
