Tell us what you expected, what happened, and the steps that led there. Please do not email financial records, account numbers, backup files, or other sensitive information.

When can I install the TestFlight build?

Internal testing is available now. External testing begins after Apple completes Beta App Review and your invitation becomes active.

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. Your ledger works offline and does not require an account. T8ØX Ledger does not download live exchange rates.

How are multiple currencies handled?

Amounts keep their original currency. A conversion is used only when you provide an available, labeled rate, so unlike currencies are not silently added together.

How do backup and restore work?

You choose when to create or restore a backup and where to save it through Apple’s file interface. Keep backup files private because they may contain your financial information.

What if Face ID or Touch ID does not work?

Confirm device authentication is set up in iOS Settings, then try again. The app asks iOS to verify the device owner and never receives your biometric data.
